Terms of Service

These terms cover working with Taxi Elite Websites on a website build, booking-system integration, or ongoing retainer. They are written plainly on purpose. Last updated 15 July 2026.

What we build

We build websites and booking systems for UK taxi and private hire firms, integrated with the dispatch platform you run. The scope of each project is set out in your quote and confirmed before work begins.

Quotes and payment

• Pack prices are published on the site: Entry £799, Standard £1,995, Premium £3,995, Fleet from £7,995.
• A deposit is taken to book the build; the balance is due on launch.
• Retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

What you own

On final payment, you own the domain, the website code, and the content. There is no lock-in and no proprietary platform you have to keep paying us to use.

Timelines

Most builds go live 14 to 21 days from a signed brief and the assets we need. Delays in supplying content or access can move that date; we will always tell you if it does.

Liability

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and test before launch. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party dispatch platforms, hosting outside our control, or changes made to the site after handover by others.
