What a minicab site has to nail
- Phone-first CTA above the fold. Tap-to-call on mobile, big number on desktop. The passenger who wants to talk does not have to hunt.
- Fast quote widget. Postcode in, fare out, book confirmed on the console in one action. No ‘we will call you back’.
- Licence footer that reads right. Operator licence number, district, expiry date. PHV plate marks on the vehicle cards.
- Council-district service pages. One page per licensing area you cover, with a specific fare table on it.
